On-Site Renovation Supervisor
Reporting directly to Founder & Project Director Jeff Tan
Working Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Sunday & Public Holidays: Off
Work Locations:
Active project sites islandwide (HDB estates, private condominiums, commercial offices).
Compensation & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
- • Oversee daily site operations, material deliveries, and milestone progress for wet works and carpentry.
- • Coordinate with in-house trade teams and ensure site cleanliness and bizSAFE Level 3 safety compliance.
- • Inspect joinery alignments and tiling finishes for defect-free handover.
- • Report day-to-day progress directly to Jeff Tan.
