Our Story & Operational Mastery
Founded by master tiler and contractor Jeff Tan, Tan Seng Renovation brings three decades of direct trade discipline to Singapore homeowners and commercial tenants.
From Hands-On Tiler to Direct Main Contractor
In 1996, Jeff Tan began his renovation career on the dusty floors of Singapore's residential estates as a specialized tiler. Over sixteen years of direct trade mastery, he developed an instinctive understanding of spatial geometry, floor screed moisture behavior, and precision tile alignment.
Recognizing that homeowners were frequently overcharged by sales-driven interior design firms who outsourced all actual construction to sub-contractors, Jeff incorporated Tan Seng Renovation Construction Pte. Ltd. in 2012.
He established dedicated direct trade teams for masonry, electrical, plumbing, and demolition, followed by our own in-house woodworking and carpentry fabrication workshop at Synergy@KB in Kaki Bukit. Working alongside lead designer and artisan Jason Tan, the firm provides architectural design combined with uncompromising builder integrity.
